Phoenix Blue Fin Teriyaki – Serving Phoenix for over 30 years.
Blue Fin opened in November 1981 at 1401 N. Central Ave., near downtown Phoenix and quickly became a local favorite. We prepare delicious home-style Japanese food in a quick-service setting.

Family-owned and operated, we strive to maintain our reputation for fine fast-food by using the highest quality fresh ingredients, and preparing them similar to the way that our family has cooked for hundreds of years.
